Elijah was the firstborn of James Jefferson and Mary Ann Wright and entered this world on December 24, 1856, in Ross County Ohio. He passed away on July 7, 1915, in Princeton, Mercer County, Missouri.
On January 19, 1879, he took Lucinda Marie Lusk (daughter of Charles Lusk and Lucinda Mix-Lusk) as his bride and was united in marriage by Rev. Padget (of Spickard, Missouri) at the Methodist Church in Princeton. They resided in Princeton where he was a farmer and Lucinda was a homemaker.
Lucinda was a Princeton native born on April 28, 1860, and passed away on January 20, 1944; Princeton. Both are interred at Princeton Cemetery.

Clarence was wed to Della Josephine Effie EDWARDS, daughter of James Wilburn EDWARDS and Cora May SHELTON, on 17 February 1909, in Spickard, Mercer Co., Missouri. The ceremony was officiated by Rev. Padget. Della was born on 8 Januar 1890 in Mercer Co, Missouri. She died on 26 November 1952, in Princeton, Mercer Co, Missouri. She was buried on 29 November 1952, in Princeton, Mercer Co, Missouri. Della was teacher at the Aquires School. Della died of stomach, ovarian, and breast cancer.
He later married a Blanche Rockhold of Lineman, Iowa but both were buried with their previous spouses

Genevieve Marie WRIGHT was born on 10 Dec 1913. She died on 31 Dec 1991.
